When there is an issue with your site and you are unsure of the cause, we may need to troubleshoot in order to narrow down the problem before we can fix it. We charge a flat fee to start the troubleshooting process. Once we have figured out what the issue is, we will make a recommendation to fix it. If the issue can be easily resolved, it will be included in the troubleshooting phase. If additional time or cost is required to fix the issue, we will let you know before starting.
If you are a maintenance client, the initial troubleshooting process is included in your package. If additional time is required to fix the issue, it will be billed at a discounted rate.
