Registration Process
When the user click’s ‘Register Now’ button, they will be taken to Paypal to complete the transaction.
The user will receive an email confirmation from the website once they have completed their payment.
Note: they will also receive a confirmation of payment from Paypal.
eMail Confirmation
The Auto Reply is a great place to let people know what the next steps are, directions, event collateral, etc.
Notification
The M.Gale team will receive a copy of the form data in an email.
Note: The website records the form data regardless of whether they complete payment or not. This gives you an opportunity to follow up on aborted transactions.
RSVP List
Form data is also captured in a database on the website that can be downloaded to Excel to be used as an RSVP list.
