Lisa K. is a digital media consultant specializing in WordPress website design and development. She works closely with clients to develop customized strategies for website design and integrated digital presence.
Recent project work includes visioning and building sites for online course creators. These sites include member registration, online payments, self-guided course navigation for students.
Lisa K. has worked as an adjunct instructor for the University of Texas at Arlington in the Fort Worth Center. She developed curriculum for and taught “Networking and Communication Strategies”, an online course designed as an introduction to social media as it relates to today’s business environment.
Lisa K. is a former member of the Fort Worth Rotary Club and WeRotary.org, an online Rotary club with members across the globe. Lisa served on the planning team for the Rotary Global Peace Forum held in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her role with the forum included creation and implementation of a strategy to raise awareness of the event through online, social media tools as well as organizational documentation that will help guide convention scheduling and action committees. The theme for the conference was “Empowering the New Generation’s Visions for Peace; Ideas that Will Change the World”.
Lisa K. holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Worcester State College in Massachusetts. She is currently an active volunteer with the Women’s Center of Tarrant County and serves on the UTA Alumni Association Executive Board and the Fort Worth Center Alumni Advisory Board.
